As requirements change over the years, Seanair is dedicated to staying ahead of the curve. We hold ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D Certifications from the independent auditing company TuV. Annual audits ensure our strict concurrence to current standards, and our quick response to changes within the standards.
Seanair has the capability to produce most aerospace components within our operating envelope. With numerous high speed machining centers, we have the capability to hold tight tolerances on today’s most sophisticated models, where very thin wall structures dominate.
Our manufacturing planning capability in CATIA ensures that all models are tested before manufacturing, and that translation errors from our customer’s original model are a non-occurrence. Part testing is done on state-of-the-art measuring equipment to insure conformance. Our CMM can accept native CATIA files for checking manufactured parts to the OEM model.
